Is it really free for companies?
Yes. You never pay Talenco to brief, get a fitness note, get matched or hire. Studios pay a 10% commission from their side when a deal closes, and nothing is added to the price you agree.
What is brief fitness?
After you submit a brief, Talenco reviews your scope and budget against similar EU studio work and publishes a short note on your project page. It says whether the offer looks adequate, ambitious or underpriced, and shows a few anonymised comparable projects. It is curated for now, not an automated market index.
Why does payment run through Talenco?
So the hire stays protected. You pay 50% kickoff to start work and 50% after you accept delivery, by bank transfer to Zenico Technologies S.L. Scope and price stay on record for both sides.
Can I browse all studios myself?
Not yet. During the founding phase matching is curated from your brief, so you see a short list of studios that fit rather than a directory.
